As well as the standard tasks this project includes: Comprehensive safety tasks, Plastic theory task, Measurement tasks (rule and compass), Research of pen sizes (dimensioning task), Making a template, Step-by-step task (re-ordering the steps) and Finishing plastics page.

Resources & Practical Tips
Resources-Strip heater/Oven former and basic workshop tools. A few large round objects e.g. piping for students to bend material over would be useful.

Materials- 3mm acrylic strips 40mm wide by 150mm long (various colours). Make up three strips of card to the same dimensions for modelling. For those students who are capable of doing well it is useful to have extra plastic for them to make stands. Students will need permanent markers too.
